Travel spending analytics platform FairFly is taking a new name, Oversee, which the company said better reflects its broader approach to which it has grown over the years.
FairFly launched in 2017 as a tool to tackle airline price tracking and over the years grew to provide insight to travel managers on policy, negotiations, disruption management and handling unused tickets. It also has branched out to include a hotel solution, and it particularly will be focusing on solutions using AI moving forward as well as driving operational efficiency via automation and providing actionable data to clients, according to co-founder and CEO Aviel Siman-Tov.
"As we constantly expanded our platform to address companies’ broader business travel requirements, we wanted a new name and look to communicate our broader vision and new capabilities effectively," Siman-Tov said in a statement.
The rebranding also reflects Oversee's growing relationships with travel management companies and online travel agencies in addition to its direct corporate customers, he added.
An Oversee spokesperson said current customers will have "a seamless and effortless transition" to the new brand with full continuity of existing services.
