Ingredients

PIZZA CHIP PROTEIN PICKLES

1 cup dill sandwich pickles (stackers), about 8 pickles 2 tbsp gluten free flour 2 bags Quest Pizza Tortilla Protein Chips, crushed 2 eggs, beaten

Method

Preheat the oven to 450 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the flour into a bowl, the crushed chips in another bowl, and beaten eggs in a third bowl. Pat dry the pickles with a paper towel, cut them in half and toss them in the flour until well coated. Dip each coated pick in the egg and then finally coat with the crushed chips. Transfer to the baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve with your favorite dip.
