Ryde is growing from strength to strength. In April 2024, the Ride-Hailing startup was listed on the NYSE, and announced last Friday (May 17) that it has redesigned the Ryde app with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The Ryde app now includes significant improvements to usability and personalised trip recommendations driven by AI, all to offer a seamless booking experience with faster booking and shorter match and waiting times.

We’ve given our rider app a modern facelift, focusing on current design trends, language, and the use of AI to enhance our product further. Each design decision was thoughtfully made with our users in mind. We believe these changes will be well-received by our community, offering a better user experience for all users.

AI algorithms featured in the revamped Ryde app will scan past trips and user preferences to provide personalized trip recommendations, for a faster and more tailored booking experience.
