Over a hundred people enjoyed beautiful teachings on How to Understand the Mind shared by Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab yesterday.
The teachings were so clear, profound and inspiring and provided practical advice and encouragement on how to make our lives truly meaningful.
We also took the opportunity to celebrate 30 years of Kadam Dharma in Birmingham and the new building in Birmingham City centre.
A special thank you to Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for giving us our Dharma Centre, these sublime teachings and everything we need to enter, make progress along and complete the spiritual path so that we can create causes for world peace.
