Celestyal revamps speciality dining options

Celestyal Cruises has revamped the speciality dining options on its two ships and implemented a new pricing approach.

Both Celestyal Journey and Celestyal Discovery (pictured) will continue to offer meat restaurant Grill Seekers, but the menu has been “enhanced” and now includes Brazilian picanha steak, wagyu steak, Argentinian black angus beef, Australian lamb chops and veal.

A selection of seafood is also available, such as lobster and giant prawns.

The Italian-style unlimited antipasto platter remains on the menu in response to guest feedback, the line said, and a refreshed dessert offering now includes crepe suzette flambe, rum baba and traditional Middle Eastern pudding, kunafeh.

The Pink Moon restaurant, exclusive to Celestyal Journey, features a revised Asian-inspired menu, while the interior has been designed to “replicate Japanese interiors, taking inspiration from their traditional architecture”, the line said.

Celestyal has also changed its pricing approach and now prices each item individually, “allowing greater flexibility for guests”.

Both restaurants are available at a 25% discount when passengers buy the Celestyal Plus Experience package, which also includes premium drinks with meals, £130 shore excursion discount and Wi-Fi.
