Liz Feldman has another Netflix dark comedy on the way. The “Dead to Me” creator scored a straight-to-series order from the streamer, where she’s under an overall deal, for “No Good Deed,” which is set in the world of real estate.

A half-hour series, “No Good Deed” follows “three very different families who are each vying to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style villa that they think will solve all their problems. But as the sellers have already discovered, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a total nightmare,” The Hollywood Reporter details.

Feldman created the series and will serve as showrunner.

“’No Good Deed’ was inspired by my many late nights during the early pandemic maniacally searching Zillow listings for a way out of my house,” said Feldman, who recently wrapped production on the third and final season of “Dead to Me,” her Emmy-nominated series about two grieving women played by Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini. “I’m endlessly grateful to Netflix for being such a supportive creative home and for continuing to allow me to turn my crippling anxiety into entertainment.”

Feldman’s other credits include “2 Broke Girls” and “One Big Happy.”
