 An online course from learn.lionsroar.com

Medicine for Fear, the new online course from learn.lionsroar.com, features Robert Chodo Campbell, Pamela Ayo Yetunde, Koshin Paley Ellison, Mirabai Bush, Mushim Patricia Ikeda, and Kodo Nishimura.

Launching May 31 from Lion’s Roar: Join New York Zen Center founding teachers Koshin Paley Ellison and Chodo Robert Campbell, along with Pamela Ayo Yetunde, Kodo Nishimura, Mushim Patricia Ikeda, and Mirabai Bush for Medicine for Fear: An Online Course in Transcending What Holds Us Back.

Medicine for Fear is a self-paced course: view and practice along with the presenters at your own pace, whether in an all-day home retreat or a bit at a time. You’ll learn how to befriend fear and empower yourself to work with this challenging emotion without turning your back on yourself. When we face what holds us back, we step toward liberation.

The course includes an 8-part training on relating to fear and cultivating fearlessness inspired by Zen teacher Eihei Dogen’s essential instructions for awakening, the “8 practices of the awakened person”—each a notable contribution to the minimization of fear’s impacts on us.
