Princess Cruises unveils ‘revamped’ agent training platform
OneSource offers updated training courses based on feedback
Princess Cruises has relaunched its agent training platform, OneSource.com, with upgraded tools and resources to help customers.
The platform has a refreshed design to make it “more user-friendly” and has an enhanced training library with updated guides on Princess Cruises’ booking systems Polar and Plane Sailing, as well as destination and marketing content.
OneSource has a new webinar page with eight bitesize training videos and direct links to the Princess Cruises Sales YouTube channel which features 29 new training guides.
The agent platform also includes an upgraded customer service hub and centralised brand updates to help the trade with answer clients quicker and find out more about latest news and upcoming ship visits.
When agents first log on to the upgraded platform, a pop-up will take them through the changes and how they can get the most out of OneSource.
Hayley Moore, sales director Princess Cruises UK and Europe sales director, called the OneSource relaunch “a significant milestone” in its commitment to supporting “valued travel agents”.
She added: “Our team has worked tirelessly to develop a platform that empowers agents with the tools and resources they need to excel in selling Princess Cruises.
“By listening to agent feedback and analysing platform usage, we’ve tailored OneSource to provide the most relevant and engaging content, ensuring agents feel confident and well-equipped to promote our brand.”
The October relaunch plans were first announced when Moore revealed plans to engage in “new ways” with agents during a ship visit on board Sun Princess last month.
