Ingredients

QUEST DEVILED EGGS

5 eggs 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp dijon mustard 2 tbsp chives, chopped 2 tbsp parsley, chopped 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste 1 bag Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips

Other:

4 drops green food coloring 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar

Method

Hard boil and peel the eggs. Cut the eggs in half and place the yolks into a bowl along with the mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon, chives, parsley, lemon and salt and pepper and then mix until combined. Stir in the crushed chips. Set aside. In a large bowl, add hot water, food coloring and vinegar. Drop the egg whites in and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove and place them onto a paper towel. Fill each egg white cavity with the yolk mixture and top with chopped chives. Serve.
