Teaser Watch: Kaley Cuoco Is a CIA Asset in “The Flight Attendant” Season 2

Cassie Bowden is back, and she’s not quite the flaming hot mess she once was. But she’s still messy. A new teaser for “The Flight Attendant’s” second season sees “Big Bang Theory” alumna Kaley Cuoco reprising her Emmy-nominated role of Cassie, who is still working as a flight attendant, but is also moonlighting as a CIA asset after helping crack the murder case she was once a suspect in.

When we’re first reunited with Cassie, she’s attending an AA meeting. “I’ve been making better choices,” a newly sober Cassie emphasizes. She moved to LA and believes she’s “turning into this whole new person.” Her best friend Annie (Zosia Mamet, “Girls”) feels like that person “is living in a John le Carré spy novel.”

“The Flight Attendant” returns to HBO Max April 21.
