Alaska Airlines to Add Nonstop Everett-Anchorage Route
Carrier cites “demand to connect workers and businesses in the two regions” as the impetus for the new route.

Alaska Airlines will add daily nonstop service between Everett, Wash., and Anchorage beginning Nov. 30, the carrier announced Friday, citing “demand to connect workers and businesses in the two regions.” Everett’s Paine Field-Snohomish County Airport is about 20 miles north of Seattle and 70 miles south of Bellingham, according to the carrier. Alaska’s sister carrier Horizon Air will operate the route using Embraer E175 aircraft.
