Balkan Holidays appoints new regional sales manager

Balkan Holidays has appointed Adam Courtney as regional sales manager.

Courtney will cover the west of England and Wales, working alongside the Bulgaria specialist’s travel agent partners.

He has worked as a travel agent for almost two decades and joins Balkan from Hays Travel.

Courtney said: “With my 18 years’ experience working as a retail agent, I can naturally relate to our agent partners and can give them all the tools they need to successfully sell our holidays.

“I’m really excited about getting out on the road and visiting all the agents in my area and assisting them in increasing their sales with us.”

Courtney’s appointment follows that of Wayne Szczambura, who joined the operator earlier this month as regional sales manager.

The firm is in the process of investing in its trade sales team across the UK.
