Caesars Diamond Celebration Dinner: How to Earn & Redeem Your Free Meal

As a Caesars Diamond member, you get a free $100 Caesars Diamond Celebration dinner every year.

What is the Caesars Diamond Celebration Dinner

The Caesars Diamond Celebration Dinner is one of the perks for Caesars Rewards Diamond Members, Diamond Plus Members, and Diamond Elite Members. If you’re Caesars Seven Stars member, you get a $500 yearly dinner.

Now that Diamonds have lost complimentary access to the Laurel Lounge, the Celebration Dinner credit is one of the best benefits, in addition to discounted and/or free nights and no resort fees on hotel stays, if you have Caesars Diamond status.

How To Earn a Celebration Dinner

Once you’ve earned Caesars Rewards Diamond status, you’ll earn a Celebration Dinner.

You can earn Caesars Diamond elite status in one day with the Diamond in a Day (DIAD) offer. Earn it even faster when you combine DIAD with a 5x tier multiplier event day.

Pro-tip: You can also earn Caesars Diamond status without gambling and through a Wyndham match.

How Long Is the Diamond Dinner Valid

You can use your Celebration Dinner between February 1st through January 31st of the following year.

Caesars uses these dates because they correspond with your Caesars Rewards tier status benefit year.

Under the Caesars Rewards Program, your status is valid from the date you earn it through the rest of the year, all of the next year, and through January 31st of the following year.

This gives you lots of opportunities to use your perk on your next trip.

How to Confirm You Have a Celebration Dinner

You can confirm you have a valid Caesars Diamond Celebration Dinner by asking at the Caesars Rewards desk. Hand them your Caesars Rewards Diamond card, they’ll swipe it and confirm if you have an existing dinner.

The Celebration Dinner credit doesn’t show under your Caesars account or in the app.

Do You Have To Stay at Caesars To Use Your Dinner

Staying at a Caesars property, whether on a paid or complimentary stay, is not a requirement to use your dinner.

You can stay at another hotel like the Park MGM, Vdara, or Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Or you can fly in for dinner and leave. If you’re local, you can even drive to a participating restaurant and enjoy your meal.

Where Can You Use Your Caesars Dinner Credit

You can use your dining credit at most Caesars-owned restaurants. You can get a printed list of restaurants where you can use your Diamond Dinner from any Caesars Rewards desk.

Pro-tip: If you’re in Las Vegas, they have more staff working the desk at Caesars Palace.

I’ve used my Diamond Celebration Dinner at Nobu, Old Homestead Steakhouse, on two separate occasions at VooDoo Steakhouse, and last year at Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse.

Don’t want to wait until you’re in Vegas? You can download the pdf listing all 44 participating Las Vegas restaurants.

Pro-tip: Seven Stars members can use their dinner at one of 48 restaurants in Las Vegas.

You can also use your Diamond Celebration Dinner at Atlantic City, Harrah’s Laughlin, Lake Tahoe, Harrah’s Hoosier Park, and Horseshoe Indianapolis.

Does the Dinner Credit Include Alcohol

The Caesars Diamond Celebration Dinner credit covered alcohol at all the restaurants where I’ve used my dining credit. But there are some places that don’t allow you to use the credit for alcohol.

If you want to stay within your $100 limit, you can either ask your server if alcohol is included or factor that in when you’re figuring out your bill.

Is Gratuity Included

Gratuity is not included and isn’t covered by the Celebration dinner credit. You have to pay the gratuity out of pocket.

How Do You Redeem Diamond Celebration Dinner

You can redeem your Diamond Celebration dinner at any of the participating restaurants. You do not need a physical voucher or coupon.

Using your Celebration Dinner credit is easy.

Visit a participating restaurant on the Caesars Diamond Celebration list and order your food. When it’s time to pay your bill, give them your Caesars Diamond Rewards card and tell the server that you want to use your Diamond celebration dinner.

Your $100 credit for Diamonds and above, and $500 credit for Seven Stars, will be applied to the total. If there’s any remaining balance, you can pay with cash, credit card, debit card, use your Caesars Reward credits, or charge to your room.

Pro-tip: If you go over your $100 allotment remember to double dip. Charge the balance to your room so you earn tier credits and Caesars Rewards points.

Can You Charge Your Dinner to Your Room

You can not charge your entire Caesars Celebration Dinner to your room. The credit won’t work because the dinner is loaded to your Caesars Rewards account and does not show under your room.

This is similar to how you redeem your Wynn birthday dinner credit.

Can You Order Take Out

You can’t order take out or get something to go. You can only use your Diamond Celebration Dinner for dining in restaurant.

Pro-tip: If you don’t have time to use your dinner before it expires. Or if you don’t have plans to visit Las Vegas or another Caesars location, try this travel hack.

You can try to use your dinner credit to buy $100 worth of Starbucks gift cards to use for later. Yeah, that’s a lot of Ventis. 😉

The only participating locations on the Diamond and Seven Stars Celebration Dinner lists are the Starbucks at Caesars Forum Food Hall and Planet Hollywood.

What If You Don’t Use Your Entire $100

If you don’t use your entire $100 Celebration Dinner credit, there is no residual value. You forfeit what you don’t use. So you want to use it or you’ll lose it.

The easiest way to use your full Diamond Dinner is to order more than you normally would like an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Or you can go to a more expensive restaurant.

Pro-tip: While you can’t use your Diamond Dinner for takeout, you can take your leftovers. You can order more food and have them box up what you can’t or aren’t going to eat at the restaurant. This is an easy way to take advantage of this benefit especially if you’re traveling solo.

The first time I used my Caesars Celebration Dinner I was traveling alone. I ordered a salad, appetizer, two cocktails, the biggest most expensive rib eye, and two desserts just so I could use up the entire $100.

Can you Combine Celebration Dinners

You can combine Celebration dinners and use them at the same time. During the pandemic, because many people weren’t traveling, Caesars rolled over everyone’s Diamond Celebration dinners. Many members had two, sometimes three $100 dinner credits.

Not only can you combine your own Celebration dinners, but you can also tack on the credits of your spouse, partner, and friends.

This means if you go out to eat with someone who also has Caesars Diamond status, you can each use your credits for the same bill and have the benefit of a $200 dinner.

There’s no limit to how many Caesars Diamond Celebration Dinners you can use at one time. You can dine out with a group of four, five, six, or more Diamond status friends for a $400, $500, or $600 dinner!

Seven Stars Celebration Dinner

The Seven Stars Celebration Dinner works just like the Diamond Celebration Dinner. But there are a few differences.

As a Caesars Diamond Seven Stars member, you get a $500 Celebration Dinner. Unlike the Diamond Celebration Dinner, you don’t have to use it all at once. You can use them in five $100 increments.

So you can indulge in one extravagant dinner at a restaurant like Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen. Or enjoy five very good dinners. Your choice.

You also get to choose from 48 restaurants in Vegas. Five of which aren’t owned by Caesars.

Because they’re independently owned, you have to ask your Casino Host or the Caesars Rewards Center Desk for 3rd party vouchers for these restaurants:

Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & CasinoMon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & CasinoKoi at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & CasinoStrip House Steakhouse at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & CasinoKJ Dim Sum at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

Do You Still Get the Dinner if You Status Matched to Caesars Diamond

Status matches count. If you’ve status matched to Caesars Diamond, you can still get the Diamond Celebration Dinner.

If you matched your Wyndham Rewards Diamond status to Caesars Diamond, the dinner is automatically granted. The Wyndham Rewards Members match is a partnership so you can match your Wyndham Diamond status anytime from the status match page.

If you’ve matched your status from another casino like MGM, then you have to “earn your dinner.” This means you have to earn 100 tier credits before you unlock the benefit of your Diamond Celebration Dinner.

This is Caesars Entertainment, formerly El Dorado Resorts, Inc., way of ensuring that you’ll gamble and spend money and not just use the free perks.

Pro-tip: Matching another casino loyalty program is only valid for new Caesars Rewards members.

Conclusion

You get a free $100 dinner Caesars Diamond Celebration Dinner when you have Caesars Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Diamond Elite status. As a Caesars Seven Stars, you get a $500 yearly dinner.

If you got your status from a status match, you can still get the dinner.

The dinner is valid from February 1st through January 31st of the following year. You can use the dinner at one of up to 48 restaurants in Las Vegas and Caesars Resorts in Atlantic City, Hoosier Park, Horseshoe Indianapolis, Lake Tahoe, and Laughlin.

If you’re a Diamond member of any level, you have to use the entire credit for one meal. Seven Stars members can use their $500 dinner in five, $100 allotments.

Some restaurants allow you to use the credit towards alcohol but some don’t. You are responsible for gratuities.
