Classic Collection to provide increased support for homeworkers
Operator to unveil online booking platform by end of year
Classic Collection has pledged to provide increased support for homeworkers, to recognise the “value of a sector which has seen notable growth over the last two years”.
Between July and September, the operator will host 21 brunches in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands for 400 homeworkers.
The brunches will include business updates from Classic Collection, Classic Package Holidays and hotel partners, as well as a marketing workshop giving agents tips on social media, branding and marketing.

The operator expects to introduce an online booking platform for agents before the end of the year, and plans to lay on fam trips for more than 100 homeworkers in 2023.
Classic’s plans follow a successful open day at the operator’s revamped headquarters in Worthing, where more than 20 agents were welcomed to the base for the first time in its 34-year history, to hear updates on the operator’s agency sales, customer care, product, and training and development teams.
Classic’s strategic account manager for homeworkers Jorge Quibell (pictured) said: “Homeworkers from the south east, close to our Worthing headquarters, really enjoyed our recent Come to Classic open day. For homeworkers located in other parts of the UK, we need to bring Classic to them.
“This is a huge undertaking, but as we have one of the largest agency sales teams in the country, we’re more than geared up for it. It’s a privilege to demonstrate our commitment to all our trade partners with initiatives such as these.”
