Dorchester Collection Names Leboeuf CEO

The Dorchester Collection, a London-based operator of a dozen luxury hotels throughout the world, has named Raffles Hotels & Resorts executive Philippe Leboeuf its new CEO, effective in June.

Leboeuf will oversee the Dorchester Collection's 10 luxury properties in operation, including hotels in Los Angeles, London, Paris and Milan, as well as planned properties in Tokyo and Dubai.

Leboeuf most recently served as the managing director of the luxury Raffles London at The OWO, which opened in September 2023, and previously served as director general of Concorde Hotels and as regional VP of operations for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Dorchester Collection president and former CEO Christopher Cowdray in a statement called Leboeuf "highly respected globally," adding that "keeping the Dorchester Collection renowned culture and values alive was key in the selection of Philippe as CEO."

Leboeuf will replace co-CEOs Ernesto Pirri and Helen Smith, each of whom departed the organization in January. The Dorchester Collection is owned by the Brunei Investment Agency, the sovereign wealth fund of Brunei.
