Fred Olsen Travel brings in head of commercial
Tracy Crenshaw fills newly-created role
Tracy Clenshaw has joined Fred Olsen Travel in the newly-created role of head of commercial.
She will be responsible for all commercial functions across Fred Olsen Travel, including its retail shops, franchise business and the Fred Holidays tour operation.
Clenshaw was most recently commercial director at Cruise 1st and Real Response Media.
She will support retail director Paul Hardwick and tour operations director director Tricia Birmingham.
Clenshaw and her team will also work to support all key suppliers in driving both business and revenue for all departments.
Hardwick said: “I am thrilled to have someone of Tracy’s experience and expertise join our Fred Olsen Travel team, and I know she will be a great asset in continuing to drive margins, profitability and revenue across our business.
“We have seen significant growth in all areas of our business in recent years and this role will allow for better support commercially and also allow us to support growth targets and ambitions with all of our preferred partners.”
