Recently the Gen Lochani, Resident Teacher at KMC Barcelona, took part in a discussion at the College of Arts & Design in Barcelona. The subject was how to help people of the millennial generation understand and solve their problems. Gen Lochani shared the Buddhist perspective and explained how meditation can help.

"The conference covered the lack of shared expectations in the millennial generation, the obsessive exposure of intimate life and seemingly permanent anxiety.
"With a special focus on today's youth, Gen Lochani together with the philosopher Eudald Espluga explored issues such as digital narcissism, depoliticization and the eternal and uncertain search for happiness.
