Incredible Journeys reports 65% hike in peak period sales

Incredible Journeys, the specialist touring and adventure brand of dnata Travel Group UK, has reported bookings in the peak sales period have grown 65% year-on-year.

The surge in sales follows the release of the brand’s Little Book of Incredible Journeys, featuring 32 curated tours for the trade, along with details of exclusive booking incentives and supporting marketing materials.

The collection includes independent tours, rail journeys, small group and escorted tours to the operator’s most popular destinations including the Far East, Latin America, Indian Ocean, Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, Europe, Arabia and north Africa.

As well as the 65% year-on-year sales growth, the brand said 64% more agents are choosing to book with the brand.

Asia is the popular destination, with Malaysia leading the way, followed by Thailand and Japan.

Incredible Journeys now has 30 expert partners who can tailor-make tours for agents’ clients.

Simon Applebaum, managing director, said: “Incredible Journeys is constantly beating its own records this peaks period and I think this is testament to the hard work that has gone into building the brand across 2023.

Following its relaunch, we have developed every touch point of the brand to ensure agents get the service and product they need.

“Our sales centre are passionate about providing our agents with the support and competitive offers they need – this peaks has really put this to the test but the growth in our calls and bookings speaks for itself.”

The other brands in dnata Travel Group’s UK B2B portfolio are Gold Medal, Pure Luxury and Cruise Plus.
