Inspire Group creates ‘game-changing’ training hub

Cheshire-based Inspire Group has launched a training hub for its homeworkers, sales staff and after-sales team.

The new hub is designed to allow the group’s suppliers to communicate, share sales messages and videos with Inspire homeworkers and sales staff – and it will feature all the group’s marketing, guides and other sales-related materials.

Lisa Henning, managing director, Inspire Europe, said: “Investing in our business and ensuring that we are operating as efficiently as possible continues to be a top priority for us.

“The new hub will allow us to offer clearer and quicker communication across the business and allow our independent travel advisors to access all their marketing support more easily.”

It will also help the after-sales team find out about supplier offers and promotions, as well as the latest supplier changes and amends.

Henning added: “The new Hub is a game-changer for us. It’s a great way of improving the team’s skills and knowledge and keeping them up to date to ensure customers are getting the right advice.

“Being able to plan training around your work schedule and having 24/7 access is also a real bonus.”

Some of the most popular topics with the highest level of traffic have been Great Little Breaks, Attraction World, customer service training, fastrack VIP webinar and data protection and UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
