After class on Friday, we sat down for a short talk with Dr. Katy Ehmann (Ehmann Dental Care) to discuss oral health and hygiene, and how there is so much more to preventative care than daily flossing and brushing. Join us for this eye-opening conversation. As many of you know, Katy is also a longtime yoga practitioner in our renyoga community, and she resides in South County with her husband, Brad, and their two children and feline companion.
