P&O Cruises has partnered with TV presenter and women’s health advocate Cherry Healey (pictured) to develop a series of wellness cruises.

The line will operate three 14-night Mediterranean voyages in 2024 where Healey will provide passengers with tips on how best to support their mental and physical health, including skincare routines, breathwork and meditation.

Across the collection, Healey will be joined by stylist Kat Farmer, make-up artist Hannah Martin and fitness coach Sarah Gorman to offer additional advice.

P&O Cruises is offering two Spain and Portugal wellness itineraries and one Mediterranean wellness itinerary.

Both Spain and Portugal voyages are on Iona and sail round-trip from Southampton, calling at Madeira, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Seville plus an overnight in Lisbon.

The first sailing departs on January 27, 2024, and costs from £699, while the second leads in at £799 based on a March 2, 2024 departure.

The Mediterranean voyage on Arvia is also round-trip from Southampton, and calls at La Coruna, Valencia, Marseille, Barcelona, Alicante and Seville.

Prices start at £999 based on a May 12, 2024 departure.

Healey said: “I’m so thrilled to be bringing everything I’ve learned over the past 15 years working in the wellness space to a series of workshops curated specifically for P&O Cruises guests.

“From how to get great quality sleep, to the best skin of your life, to knowing which of the latest supplements to take and why, we will be sending people home refreshed, rejuvenated and feeling their absolute best.”

Gorman added: “You have one body and it is your responsibility to treat it well.”
