Ingredients

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIES

½ cup sugar free chocolate chips ¼ cup butter 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla ½ cup almond flour ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 2 Quest Cookie Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Topping:

Optional: 1 tbsp sugar free mini chocolate chips

Method

Preheat the oven to 325 F and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together and stir smooth. Let cool for 1 minute before whisking in the eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, stir together the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, protein powder, bakingpowder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Unwrap the Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars and place them between two pieces of parchment paper. Pop them into the microwave for 5 seconds and then use a rolling pin to roll them out so they are each roughly 4×8” and then lay them over the batter. Bake the brownies for 14-16 minutes. Top with mini chocolate chips directly after removing them from the oven if desired. Let cool for 1 hour before cutting into 16 squares and serving.
