Ingredients

SUNDAE FUNDAY PROTEIN PANCAKES

1 cup almond flour ½ cup Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder 1 ½ tsp baking powder 1 tbsp zero calorie sweetener Pinch sea salt 2 eggs ¼ cup almond milk 1 Quest Sundae Fundae Overload Protein Bar, chopped

Optional Topping:

1 scoop low calorie vanilla ice cream 1 maraschino cherry

Method

In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, sweetener and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine. Stir in half of the chopped Quest Sundae Funday Overload Bar. Cook the pancakes over medium low heat about ¼ cup at a time. Top with remaining bar pieces. Optionally add ice cream and cherries if desired.
