Ingredients

OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP YOGURT CUPS

2 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quest Bars ⅓ cup greek yogurt 0% ¼ cup blueberries 2 strawberries, sliced

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a tart pan with non-stick spray. Place the unwrapped bars on a piece of parchment paper and microwave for 10 seconds. Top with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll the bars flat. Cut the bars into 6 even squares. Press each square into a cavity of the tart pan to make a “cup” and bake for 6-7 minutes. Let cool completely before filling with yogurt and topping with fruit.
