Crown & Anchor Platinum members match to MGM Rewards Pearl. This is the second tier status for MGM.

Benefits of MGM Pearl status include all Sapphire benefits plus the following:

If you only visit Las Vegas occasionally, you’ll get the most value of being a Pearl member because your point and slot dollars never expire.

Pro-tip: Free parking is the best benefit of MGM Pearl status especially for those who live within driving distance from Vegas.

What MGM Level Does Royal Caribbean Top Tier Statuses Match

Royal Caribbean top tier statuses, Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Club, match to MGM Rewards Gold status. As an MGM Gold member, you get all the perks of Sapphire and Pearl plus:

How to Match Crown and Anchor Status to MGM Rewards

There are three ways to match your Crown and Anchor status to MGM Rewards: visit any MGM Rewards location, email, or call.

You can stop by the MGM Rewards desk at any of the following MGM destinations including any of the MGM resorts in Las Vegas:

ARIA Beau Rivage Bellagio Orgata Delano Las Vegas Empire City Casino Excalibur Luxor Mandalay Bay MGM Grand Detroit MGM Grand Las Vegas MGM National Harbor MGM Northfield Park MGM Springfield New York-New York NoMad Las Vegas Park MGM Las Vegas The Signature at MGM Grand Vdara

Pro-tip: If you match your Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor Society status to MGM Rewards in Las Vegas, you can take your MGM Gold card to Wynn Las Vegas and match Wynn Platinum. This post explains how to do a Wynn status match in 2024.

Or if you’re more visually oriented, watch this video on matching to Wynn Platinum and Wynn Black for 2024.

The second way to match your Royal Caribbean status to MGM is by emailing. Send an email to [email protected]. In the email, state that you want to match your status to MGM Rewards, include your full name, and Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor number.

Pro-tip: Emailing to request an MGM status match may take a few days to get an answer.

For a quicker response, you can call MGM Rewards at 1-866-761-7111. When the representative answers, tell them you want to tier match your Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor status to MGM Rewards. Give your full name and Crown & Anchor Society number.

The representative will verify your status with Royal Caribbean and match the appropriate MGM Rewards status. This takes 2 to 20 minutes.

Pro-tip: Press 5 to skip the prerecorded prompts.

All tier matches end on January 31. If you want to keep your corresponding MGM status, you have to rematch each year.

Pro-tip: This is a one way tier match. Your Royal Caribbean status matches MGM. Your MGM Rewards status won’t match any Crown and Anchor status. You have to earn that status from cruising. Or matching from Celebrity Cruises. 😉

But if you have MGM Reward status through gambling or matching another casino status AND you haven’t matched Royal to MGM, you can use your MGM Rewards benefits to earn perks on Royal Caribbean. But it doesn’t affect the changes to suite deposits.

Conclusion

Royal Caribbean Crown and Anchor members can enjoy free MGM Rewards benefits when they match their status to MGM. Benefits include discounted room rates, free upgrades, and waived resort fees.

Crown & Anchor Society members can status match in person, by email, or by phone. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes.
