Scott Dunn to start selling through Swords Travel
Operator steps up efforts to work with UK trade
Wimbledon-based Swords Travel has struck an agreement with Scott Dunn as the tour operator starts to grow relations with the UK trade.
Scott Dunn began selling through US agents last year, following the business’s acquisition by Flight Centre Travel Group, but it has now toasted a “pivotal step” in the UK.
Sonia Davies, Scott Dunn’s chief executive, said: “This partnership highlights our commitment to fostering mutually beneficial relationships within the travel industry and we’re keen to continue to learn and adapt to best suit agents’ needs.”

Through the agreement, Swords Travel will become the first UK agency to promote Scott Dunn’s portfolio of luxury tailor-made holidays.
Mark Swords, who runs the agency with his husband Stuart, said he was “excited to join forces with Scott Dunn”.
He added: “Their reputation for excellence and commitment to delivering extraordinary travel experiences perfectly complements our own values and aspirations.
“By integrating Scott Dunn’s premium offerings into our portfolio, we are enhancing our ability to provide our clients with unforgettable journeys tailored to their needs.”
Davies said: “As we continue to expand our presence within the agent sector, collaborating with handpicked partners like Swords Travel allows us to reach a broader audience of travellers seeking unparalleled luxury experiences.”
