“If you want to improve, [Man Flow Yoga] will get you there.”
Dan G.Dan first discovered Man Flow Yoga because the aging process snuck up on him. With 60 getting closer by the day, Dan started noticing more weaknesses than he’s ever had before. He had the full gambit of age-related weaknesses, including:
Bad knees Bad hips Bad shoulders (specifically his labrums) A bad back And he was carrying extra weight on himDan’s body has been through a lot before he found Man Flow Yoga.
He used to be big into taekwondo and kajukenbo. In fact, he was a second degree black belt in both, but for the past several years he’s considered himself semi-retired because his body just didn’t function like it used to.
Well, everything started to change after he found Man Flow Yoga and made it a consistent staple of his workout routine.
Since starting Man Flow Yoga, everything has improved too.
He has less knee pain, less hip pain, less labrum pain, less back pain, and he’s even lost some of the extra weight he tacked on.
Besides the pain-relief benefits, he’s also noticed that his flexibility has surged. In fact, he’s become so much more flexible since started Man Flow Yoga that he’s considering unretiring from taekwondo and kajukenbo.
He first noticed this while doing a rolling exercise at home and realizing how much more flexible he was than he was just a few months prior. He’s also noticed that Man Flow Yoga has improved his boxing too.
How?
Well, since each Man Flow Yoga workout hyper focused on your breath, he’s unlocked new boxing speeds because as he masters his breath.
Dan achieved what he set out to with Man Flow Yoga: Reducing his pains across his body and improving his flexibility.
But he’s stuck around for as long as he has because Man Flow Yoga helps him with almost every aspect of his daily life – he just feels better, by default, when he works out with Dean.
What Dan loves most about Man Flow Yoga
Of course, nothing is better than feeling good. But the longer Dan has been a Member, the more he’s come to love about Man Flow Yoga in particular.
Reason #1: The incredible variety
One of Dan’s favorite parts about Man Flow Yoga is the variety. There are workouts that will kick your butt. There are workouts that will help you recover faster. And everything in between.
Dan was particularly surprised when he noticed that he’s recovering much faster from general aches and pains than he ever was during his 40s and 50s—and he’s turning 60 soon!
Reason #2: It’s humbling and gives him a roadmap to improvement
Perhaps Dan’s favorite part about Man Flow Yoga (and the reason he keeps coming back to MFY workouts) is that it humbles him. Not only do certain poses and entire workouts humble him, but it also gives him a roadmap to improvement.
This is the reason why he’s considering unretiring and going back full gear into taekwondo and kajukenbo—he not only knows where his weaknesses are, but he knows how to address (and reverse!) them.
Reason #3: The Man Flow Yoga isn’t just one guy on an app, it’s a team of people who care about you and your progress
When Dan signed up, he wasn’t totally sure what to expect. He loved the workouts, and if that was all Man Flow Yoga was, then that’s fine by him.
But after being a Member for some time, he’s realized that Man Flow Yoga is so much more than a guy on an app guiding you through workouts; It’s a team that cares about you and your progress.
Whether it’s the consistent email follow-ups, reminders, and questions about his progress, or other “complementary” services like the Better Man Podcast, Dan gobbles up all he can from Man Flow Yoga and he’s a better man today because of it.
Why Dan wants you to join Man Flow Yoga
If Dan’s story isn’t enough to convince you to join, then try this on for size:
Since starting Man Flow Yoga, he’s shared it with his two adult children and his almost-80-year-old dad, selling it as a non-spiritual, fitness-focused version of yoga.
Well, both his kids and his father have started to do Man Flow Yoga workouts.
And they’re all experiencing noticeable improvements in their fitness, strength, flexibility, and health—just like Dan.
And now it’s your turn to experience how much better Man Flow Yoga makes you feel…
