Brisbane fitness coach and TikTok star Bec Hardgrave has revealed on her Tok a simple swap to cut 260 calories off her favourite Guzman Y Gomez chicken burrito order, without sacrificing on flavour.
Her genius hack involves simply swapping the burrito's white rice filling for shredded lettuce, bringing the delicious meal down to only 517 calories!
Bec’s low cal and low carb order still boasts an incredible 42 grams of protein and in her words… “was still massive, so high in protein and so filling.”
The good news is that you can also do this with the burrito bowls, if you’re looking for a lower-carb and gluten-free option.
Of course, the healthiest food is often that which you prepare at home, but in a pinch, this is a pretty good go-to.
