Business travel industry veteran Maria Chevalier this month joined TripActions as senior director of connectivity partnerships, leading the travel management company's relationships with airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers and other suppliers that provide content to the platform.
Chevalier brings more than 30 years of business travel industry experience to TripActions, serving most recently as EVP of customer success at PredictX. She also has had executive roles with Hilton, Travelport and BCD and was named BTN's Travel Manager of the Year in 2010 for her globalization efforts with Johnson & Johnson's travel program.
Chevalier said she has been a fan of TripActions and its leaders from its launch and was drawn to the role "during such a critical time in our industry, while we are recovering."
"To apply my passion for the industry, disruption and my diverse experience, and apply all of this to support the high growth, continued market differentiation and improve the service to the travelers, [it] doesn't get any better," she said.
