Concept to ‘take exclusivity and enjoyment to whole new level’

Viva Cruises unveils boutique line set to launch in 2026

Viva Cruises has launched a boutique line to provide a “premium experience” to passengers.

The new offering, called Viva Boutique, aims to “take the concept of exclusivity and enjoyment to a whole new level”, with new river ship Viva Beyond sailing from May 2026.

Viva Beyond will undergo a comprehensive renovation in early 2026 to “align with the new premium brand”. Following the refit it will have more suites than other  ships in the fleet, as well as a sun deck and treatment area.

The ship will carry 116 passengers with 10 master suites, 12 suites and four junior suites, and will have three restaurants.

Viva Beyond’s maiden voyage will be an eight-day round trip from Paris via Normandy to the Atlantic Coast, with two themed shore excursions included in the price.

The Viva Boutique line will offer passengers excursion options around three themes: impressionism, culture and lifestyle and culinary.

Viva Cruises chief executive Andrea Kruse said: “Viva Boutique marks another important milestone in the success story of our young company.

“The development of our own boutique brand was a project close to our hearts, which we will offer to those guests who want to experience the extraordinary.”

She added: “The new ship combines the best of both worlds: the comfort of a boutique hotel with the diversity of a river cruise.”
