Harris Millard, who was inducted into the American Advertising Federation's Hall of Fame earlier this year, has spent three decades in the ad business. She broke barriers in her early days at DoubleClick and as chief sales officer at Yahoo. She recognized the power of the internet early on and now is bullish on the internet of things.
