The Promoter is Carnival plc trading as Holland America Line whose registered office is at Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1ST (“Promoter” “we” or “us”).To be eligible to enter the competition, you must satisfy all the following Entry Requirements: Be a UK resident and current employee of an ABTA registered travel agency between 1 October 2023 to 31st October 2023. Employees of Carnival plc (including group companies), their immediate family or any one directly connected with this prize draw is not eligible to enter. Be aged 18 years or over.To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the entry form in full and before the closing date on 31st October by midnight. The winner will be selected at random from all entrants. The entries must be made directly by the individual who wishes to win the prize draw. Multiple entries are not permitted.We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or accessible due to a technical fault, hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.The winner will also be notified by telephone/and or email, using the details registered on the entrant form, within 14 days of the Closing Date. At least three attempts will be made to contact the winner, if we are unable to contact a winner within 1 week of contact, we may withdraw the prize from that winner and select another winner.Subject always to each winner satisfying the Entry Requirements set out in 2 and 3 above, the winner will be entitled to the following prize:A place for one winner and a guest over 18Return economy class flights between the UK and Vancouver.One-night pre-cruise hotel stay in Vancouver (room-only basis).• Return transfers in Vancouver from/to airport to hotel/ship.7-day Inside Passage cruise departing on 27th April 2024.One Verandah stateroom (with private balcony) for the winner and their guest to share on Koningsdam.All meals (breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks in the buffet restaurant and main dining room) onboard Koningsdam.The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.The prize does not include travel insurance, UK based transfers, taxes or levies, food and drink, excursions, gratuities, spa treatments, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned in Condition 6, above. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport with an expiry date no less than six months following the proposed dates of travel, travel insurance, and where necessary, visas and inoculations. The winner and their guest must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.The cruise is subject to Holland America Line’s booking terms and conditions found here. Where any cruise includes an activity which Holland America Line considers high risk it may, at its discretion, withhold the granting of the prize until the winner and their guest have successfully passed a medical examination by a medical practitioner approved by Holland America Line and/or executed a legal document to relieve Holland America Line from any liability in respect of the relevant activity.In the event that the winner ceases to satisfy any of the Entry Requirements (set out in 2 and 3 above) they must notify us as soon as possible. In such circumstances we shall be entitled, in our absolute discretion, to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize.Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition draw, prize or Entry Requirements is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.We will not be liable, at any time, to any entrant for loss or damage unless it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees.Promoter will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this prize draw and to facilitate redemption of prizes.
