Recently, volunteers from KBC Uruguay organized our second retreat in the heart of Montevideo, where we enjoyed teachings on emptiness. The retreat was guided by our Resident Teacher, Kelsang Sheyang, who kindly led us through precious meditations on emptiness. She also shared teachings she received during the Summer Festival at our mother center in the UK. Everyone was deeply inspired by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s presentation of such a profound topic.
We had a meaningful weekend, sharing our experiences and deepening our understanding. How wonderful it is to have these teachings in our country! May everyone have the opportunity to listen to and practice this precious Dharma!
