The company may provide updates around TRODELVY’s filing sometime this year (information from recent global healthcare conference). However, with the current dataset in second-line NSCLC, Gilead could face a tough time convincing regulators to extend the label of TRODELVY. In addition to this, Gliead is hoping to tap into the first-line NSCLC segment as well (EVOKE-03 Phase III trial). The data readouts are pointed to 2025 plus for EVOKE-03 study, however it all depends on enrollment.
