You can’t afford to be picky when it comes to hunting around for the best iPad deals due to the ongoing microchip shortage. Retailers can’t cram enough stock onto the shelves. We’re seeing some excellent iPad sales, but also heightened demand — finding a specific model configuration is likely to be a challenge for a while longer. Take the brand new Apple iPad Air, for example. The tablet is often out of stock at Amazon and is on backorder, with no predicted availability. These dates are being pushed further back by the day, so if you’ve been holding out on a discount on that particular model you’ll need to decide what’s more important: Saving a few bucks or having it in your hands earlier. We’ve also included deals on select renewed iPads that have been inspected by Amazon-certified suppliers. The renewed models are fully functional, certified to have at least 80% of the original battery life, and are backed by a 90-day replacement or refund guarantee.
