Celestyal recruits Rachel Wilton from Virgin Atlantic
She takes up newly-create role with cruise line
Former Virgin Atlantic vice president of holidays and global sales Rachel Wilton has been recruited by Celestyal.
She teams up with the line’s chief commercial officer Lee Haslett, who was previously global sales vice president for the airline.
In the newly-created UK-based position as vice president of revenue, product and shore experiences, Wilton will be responsible for the development of pre- and post-cruise experiences for the agent community, enhancing the shore excursion programme and executing the company’s revenue management strategy.
She will lead global revenue and inventory management, shore excursions and data analytics teams to strengthen Celestyal’s demand forecasting, dynamic pricing and inventory management.
Wilton will also foster key partnerships with tour operators, hotels, airlines and excursion providers.
