C&M Travel Recruitment to host free webinar on how to retain staff

C&M Travel Recruitment is hosting a free live employment webinar covering a range of topics including how to retain staff and manage returning workers.

The webinar, taking place on Wednesday, March 30, will aim to help travel companies navigate key issues in the workplace as the industry faces a recruitment crisis.

C&M Travel Recruitment managing director Barbara Kolosinska, HR and talent professional Claire Steiner and TravLaw partner Ami Naru will comprise the webinar panel and answer any questions attendees might have.

The topics to be covered in the webinar include ‘The Great Resignation’, covering the current situation regarding staff leaving the workplace after a difficult two years and what employers can do; managing the return of staff, including hybrid working and contract implications; HR and legal changes in 2022; onboarding and offboarding, looking at how to do it right; and the importance of the employer brand.

It will also include recruitment predictions for 2022 and what candidates are looking for, and consider what happens if a company’s key players decide to leave the business.
