With our Kadampa Buddhist teachers, Geraldine Castillo and Kelsang Parchin, we enjoyed a special afternoon with children and parents listening to and reflecting on the Buddha's advice.
In a fun and creative way, we explored the importance of valuing others and responding with love in all situations, even the most challenging.
Inspired by The Story of Angulimala, a beautiful book by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for all children around the world, we strengthened our understanding of kindness and compassion.
