Inspire Group launches wellness programme amid cost-of-living crisis

Inspire Group has rolled out a wellness programme across its business with the aim of supporting its staff with their physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

Each month, the Cheshire-based company will raise awareness of one wellbeing topic, with this month’s focus being on sleep.

In September, employees are given an extra hour of rest in the morning and can finish work an hour earlier in the evening to enjoy the last of the light evenings.

The business has also brought in the services of a financial advisor to provide support to employees during the cost-of-living crisis.

Lisa Henning, managing director of Inspire Group in Europe, said: “We believe that the health and wellbeing of our employees is key to our success.

“With the new programme we are taking a company-wide approach to ensure the best possible support is available to all members of the Inspire family that focuses on their physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

“We recognise the impact that the current rising cost of living is having on our employees and we are keen to support them.”

As part of the wellbeing programme, Inspire Group has created a platform where staff can earn points from completing physical and mental mindfulness tasks which they can convert into vouchers or time off.

“We regularly put in place challenges that bring different departments together to compete for rewards whilst also promoting exercise,” Henning continued.

“Through team building challenges, rewards, charity incentives and resources, it provides employees with a personalised wellbeing journey that makes them feel valued and able to perform at their best.

“Our aim is to create a positive work environment and encourage the right behaviours so that individual and organisational health and wellbeing is embedded in everything we do as a business.”
