Lata opens registration for 2025 Expo
Buyer sign-up opens three months earlier than in previous years
The Latin American Travel Association (Lata) has opened registrations for exhibitors and buyers to attend its annual expo in June 2025.
Applications are open for all Lata members who operate services within Latin America across all sectors, including excursion and transportation suppliers, hoteliers, expedition and cruise ships operating in the region, national, plus tourist boards and airlines with routes to and from or within Latin America.
A quarter of spaces for buyers are already confirmed, and registration for the remaining slots has opened three months earlier than for previous events.
The Lata Expo will return to the De Vere Beaumont Estate near Windsor between June 2 and 4, 2025, with all attendees hosted for the duration following the success of the inaugural residential event in 2024.
The three-day programme will include personalised one-to-one meetings, interactive sessions, a gala dinner, the Lata Excellence Awards, the Lata Expo Festival and the Lata Sustainability Conference.
Martin Johnson, Lata chair (pictured), said: “We were all delighted with the feedback from delegates following the revamped Lata Expo earlier this year.
“We appreciate that for buyers it is a big commitment to dedicate three full days to the event but the response to Lata Expo 2024 showed that the time was well spent, and the additional meeting and networking opportunities were of great value to their businesses.
“I hope that by opening buyer registration earlier, this helps with planning diaries and other commitments. I look forward to celebrating this wonderful part of the world once again with all the delegates in June.”
