Limitless Travel appoints customer experiences manager

Limitless Travel has taken on a customer experience manager on the back of the company’s growth since last year.

Danny Smith has been appointed to the newly-created role at the disabled-friendly tour operator in a bid to further improve the service provided to customers.

Smith, who has experience in customer-facing roles outside the travel industry, will work with Limitless Travel’s sales team.

Limitless Travel’s chief executive and founder Angus Drummond said: “Limitless Travel is already renowned for our attention to detail and for tailoring every single trip to the individual traveller, and Danny will be working with the sales team to continue to ensure we deliver the very best customer experiences.

“Danny’s previous experience in improving sales performance, developing staff skill sets and driving commercial operations will be a great asset for the business’ long term strategy.”

Smith was most recently sales manager at Octopus Energy and prior to that was new business and partnerships manager at Altruist Enterprises.

He said: “Having worked in a wide variety of customer facing organisations over the years, the chance to work in a business that feels meaningful and has a significant human purpose felt right for where I want my professional career to go.”
