Tui UK puts 1,000 more hotels on sale for summer 2025

Tui UK has put a further 1,000 hotels on sale for summer 2025, catering to rising demand for flexible durations.

The operator said it is seeing more bookings for holidays that are not the typical lengths of seven, 10 and 14 nights.

Nine-night stays are the top-selling non-traditional holiday length for this summer, with eight- and 12-night stays showing the most growth compared to last year.

The additional hotels are on sale across five, six, eight, nine and 12 nights, with flexibility enabled by Tui Airways and partner airlines flying from more than 20 airports across the UK.

Tui said family bookings are driving the changes which are being seen mostly in the Balearics, Greece, Turkey, Canaries and mainland Spain.

Phillip Iveson (pictured), Tui UK & Ireland commercial director, said: “The increase in alternative durations speaks to the continued demand we are seeing for flexibility and choice in travel.

“At Tui, we provide ultimate flexibility offering unrivalled regional flying from over 20 airports around the UK, a range of flying options with different airline partners and we work closely with hoteliers to provide varied duration options.

“The additional hotels on sale for next summer are testament to the positive bookings we’ve seen across seasons.

“Appetite to travel is stronger than ever and we know that popular Mediterranean destinations like Turkey, Greece and Spain continue to be a hit with UK holidaymakers.”

The additional hotels are also offering free kids’ places.
