New recruits to be offered three-month earning guarantee by Holidaysplease
Select number of new starters will receive a minimum £1,000 per month
Homeworking agency Holidaysplease is to offer a select number of new recruits a three-month earning guarantee of £1,000 per month.
The guarantee will be offered to four or five new recruits who join the company ready to start selling in the new year. The new recruits will need to have three years’ current travel sales experience and will have to commit to at least 30 hours per week to qualify.
Director Richard Dixon said: “We recognise it is a big decision for people to jump from an employed to self-employed position currently, so we are rolling out an offer of an earning guarantee of £1,000 per month for their first three months.
“With the current cost of living increases, the guarantee will help new joiners settle in and be ready to make the most of the best-selling and earning months for the industry as we head into 2023.”
Holidaysplease brand and business growth executive Cat Reeves (pictured) added: “With large increases in our average sale and high net margins, we are currently seeing our team members commission earnings running over 30% up on where they were in 2019 so there can be no doubt that the uncapped earning opportunity of successful homeworking is the perfect remedy for the current rising cost of living.”
Dixon said: “As we pay 50% of agent commission the month after a sale is made and provide leads from the off, it is more than possible for new joiners to be earning commissions over £1,000 a month quite early in their time with us.
“Nevertheless, the guarantee will provide that little bit of extra certainty people may need right now.”
