Premier Holidays expands Channel Islands programme for 2023

Premier Holidays has boosted the range of accommodation with more self-catering options in its 2023 Channel Islands programme.

The new brochure features seven new places to stay as well as a host of early booking offers.

Three new self-catering properties have been added in Jersey in countryside locations near the beach. Self-catering options have been introduced to help clients to tailor their holiday to a budget.

The apartments, in Discovery Bay, are on the coastal road overlooking St Ouen’s Bay and are suited to families and couples wanting direct access to the beach. Prices for three nights in a two bedroom apartment start from £310 based on four sharing including travel by sea as a foot passenger from Poole or by air from a selection of regional airports.

Also new in Jersey are the Harbour View Suites and La Place Townhouses.

In Guernsey, the operator has introduced Saints Bay, located on the cliff walk in the southern most tip of the island and suited to walkers.

Two nights including breakfast start from £374 based on two sharing, including travel by sea as a foot passenger from Poole or by air from regional airports. Also on offer is Le Pommier Hotel & Restaurant, plus glamping, a shepherd’s hut, treehouse or a tower.

New in the Isle of Man is Ramsey Park Hotel, with views over Mooragh Lake. Two nights with breakfast starts from £237 based on two sharing and including travel by sea as a foot passenger from Heysham Port, Liverpool.

Beverley Scarr, UK and Islands product manager, said: “Our programme is long established but we always ensure we have a wide range of accommodations to suit all tastes and budgets, from short breaks to family holidays.

“With so many people concerned about the cost of living,  the additional self-catering options we have introduced this year give clients the ability to tailor their holiday to their budget.”

The operator is also promoting a raft of early booking offers which include a free upgrade to an executive ocean view room at the L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa in Jersey, saving £112 per person; an upgrade to an ocean view room at The Atlantic hotel, saving £147; and free half board on seven night stays at the Merton Hotel between April 2 and June 27, saving £259.

In Guernsey, £25 dinner credits are offered on the first night at both the Old Government House and Duke of Richmond while the Best Western Moores has half board for half price, saving £126.

An agent incentive also offers the chance to win one of three local gins by answering three questions by a closing date of October 31.
