Regent ship features in new behind the scenes TV documentary
Eight-part series on Seven Seas Splendor
A new fly-on-the-wall TV documentary featuring Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ ship Seven Seas Splendor starts this week.
The eight-part series is being shown on Channel 5 from January 27 at 9pm.
Cameras follow the ship on its inaugural northern Europe season from Iceland to Norway and through the fjords to Finland, Estonia and to Copenhagen.
The Mediterranean also features, from Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar, plus the Canary Islands.
Viewers will gain a behind the scenes look at the bridge with a switch in captains in Bergen among other elements of life at sea.
The new show is part of the ‘Secrets of the World’s Most Expensive Cruise Ship’ series.
RSSC international managing director Caroline Smith said: “We’re delighted to see Seven Seas Splendor returning to our TV screens again this Friday on Channel 5.
“The new eight-part series will give viewers at home a behind the scenes look at everything that goes into delivering an unrivalled experience on board the world’s most expensive cruise ship.
“Our crew go above and beyond for our guests so being able to put them front and centre of this series has been a real pleasure.”
