Rivera Travel to host first agent awards in April

Riviera Travel will host its first awards for the trade on April 10.
The ceremony and celebratory lunch will take place in London and be hosted by TV presenter and journalist Dean Wilson.
The event, called ‘The Riv Awards’, aims to recognise the company’s trade partners for their contribution and sales of river cruise and touring holidays.
Winners will be chosen based on sales data and engagement with the brand by the Riviera Travel leadership team.
There will be 16 award categories across three sections of regional stores, national accounts and other.
Vicky Billing, head of trade and partnerships in the UK and Ireland, said: “We are so excited to launch our first ever trade awards for Riviera Travel to recognise our biggest supporters.
“We have been thinking about this for a while and, after a record-breaking year, it feels like the right time and a perfect opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to our partners for everyone’s hard work.”
