Royal Caribbean launches webinar series to support agents
Sessions to take place at least three times a month
Royal Caribbean International has launched a monthly webinar series designed to support its trade partners in the UK and Ireland.
The company said the webinars, called Learn Live, are a result of agents’ desire for more training and will take place at least three times a month with the potential for a bonus session based on agent feedback.
Each webinar will focus on a key knowledge area, such as how to use Royal Caribbean’s booking system, information on the brand’s current offers and activities, advice for agents who are new to travel or want a refresher, and a run through of the company’s rewards platform.

The first webinar will take place on February 6 and be led by Royal Caribbean’s UK sales development managers.
Director of sales for UK, Ireland and Spain Stuart Byron said: “One of the key pieces of feedback that came from our visits with agents over the last few weeks is a need for more training.
“These webinars were created to meet this need alongside our established trade support initiatives and I’m proud of our team turning these around so quickly.”
