Spotnana has added content from Indian low-cost carriers via a partnership with Indian travel technology company Cleartrip, the company announced.
With the partnership, Spotnana has integrated with Cleartrip's API, which provides local airline content from India including LCCs IndiGo, Air India Express, SpiceJet and Akasa Air, according to Spotnana. The integration includes negotiated rates, ancillaries and self-service cancellation capabilities as well as the ability to create a single itinerary that includes content from Cleartrip and other sources available in Spotnana.
"India is one of the fastest growing travel markets in the world," Spotnana founder and chief product officer Sarosh Waghmar said in a statement. "By partnering with Cleartrip, we can deliver extensive travel content in India to meet the rising demand for domestic offerings."
The integration also is compliant with India's Goods and Services Tax laws, according to Spotnana.
