Blue Diamond and Playa resorts launch first joint roadshows
Agents can win prizes at Manchester, Birmingham and London events
Prizes are on offer for agents to win during travel agency training events next month, thanks to Blue Diamond Resorts and Playa Hotels & Resorts.
The brands have unveiled details of their first joint Caribbean roadshows, which will be held in October in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Agents are invited to attend the interactive events to learn more about the brands’ all-inclusive products, market trends and selling tips.
Prizes that can be won include free night stays, goodie bags, cash and more – and there will be drinks and dinner.
The networking events will be hosted by UK business development and sales teams from Blue Diamond Resorts and Playa Hotels & Resorts.
The first one will be at Old Trafford Cricket Club in Manchester (October 10), followed by The Button Factory in Birmingham (October 11) then Cottons, Shoreditch, London (October 12).
These events will take place in the evening between 6pm and 10pm. Agents can register to attend by visiting www.royaltonrewards.co.uk or www.playarewards.co.uk.
They must be registered with at least one of these rewards programmes to secure a space.
Luke Swarbrook, business development manager at Blue Diamond Resorts, said: “These events will offer agents the opportunity to learn about our all-inclusive portfolio.
“Both brands have some key updates to bring agents and the evening will also offer a fun, informative environment in which to learn.
“We aim to arm agents with the selling tips that will boost their earning power and we encourage everyone local to our venues to join us.”
Jade Calver, Playa Hotels & Resorts’ BDM, added: “We are truly excited to bring these exclusive solus events to UK agents and hope to see a good number of agents join us for lots of fun and learning.
“With such a wide-ranging property portfolio within the Caribbean region we have plenty of product updates and sales tips for agents to take away and successfully use when dealing with the needs of their clients.”
Both brands also offer agents the chance to boost their earning by logging bookings on their rewards websites.
