Tara Windhorse Practice is one of the most popular practices in Vajrayana and Mahayana. Windhorse refers to Prana, or Chi, which is Buddha Mother Tara’s domain. This praise is often recited or sung at the end of the recitation of the praise of 21 Taras(We have a song version of this on our channel @3GemsBand )

Windhorse praise and mantras request Tara to help us with activities of health, protection, prosperity, removal of all obstacles and enemies for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Each of the five colors of Tara are requested. First Green Tara for protection and activity, then white Tara for removal of obstacles, followed by yellow for enriching of health and wealth, red for power to magnetize fortunate circumstances and blue for heroic protection from harm.
